Build of Air-x replacament started with a 6 inch schedule 40 PVC (sanitary
T) |

The PVC T was cut in half lengthwise, the side port was reduced to the
width of the T |

Fiberglass front cap was poured with embedded 1/4 nuts |

GE ECM after rewire. All 18 coils with their starts and stops seperated.
Starts from each of the 3 phases were wired together parallel, as were
the stops. |

The final wiring cofiguration was to have the all 3 stops from the phases
connected together and each of the phase start groups was brought down
the pipe seperately, where it was rectified with a full wave 3 phase bridge
rectifier (35 Amp) |

Assembly mounted on 1 3/8" flange bearing to 1" steel schedule
40, then sleeved into 1 1/2" mast. Front 1/2" flange bearing
mounted along with rotor |

Tail added 12 x 18" 22 ga , boom is (2) 1" alumimun angles (36").
Tail is between pieces and bolted/riveted/reinforced |

Flying with 6 blades (22" each) |
